To initiate the registration of a company, seeking the name availability from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs is the first step, accompanied by filing e-forms for incorporation of the Company. The all the promoters has to obtain the digital signatures for subscribing to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company before proceeding to file e-form for incorporation. As of now there is no need to obtain the Director Identification Number (DIN) separately, it will automatically allot along with incorporation.

Incorporation Process:
To start with firstly the promoters have to decide about the company name. Generally, the company name should follow the format of first word as a ‘unique’ word and a word indicating the activity of the company as the second word and finally add the words “PVT LTD” or “LTD” as the case may be.
Once the name is approved for filing the incorporation and for obtaining the digital signatures of the promoters, the KYC documents are mandatory. The following KYC documents are required for Company and LLP incorporation:
- PAN Card;
- Aadhar Card
- Address Proof of the Individual (It can be utility bill or Bank statement)
- Photographs
- Email Id and mobile number of each of the promoters & partners.
All the subscribers has to subscribe to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company using their digital signatures only and also the practising professional.
The applicant for incorporation of the Company or LLP has to submit the details of registered office address of the Company/LLP along with the proof of registered office.
